PoliFX Kiosk, installed at the MUSE, the new Museum of Science in Trento, was designed in line with concepts and materials identifying the whole project by Renzo Piano, in order to fully integrate in space and with the structures.
PoliFX, through the eye tracking technology, is able to teach people wile entertaining them with game scenarios, making it possible for visitors of any age to discover that eye movements may be detected, recorded and may become an actual interactive commodity.
With this special design created specifically for MUSE, PoliFX Kiosk becomes a fun device leading to the discovery of the “power” of our gaze through 4 games: a natural habitat were eyes dig into image layers, bringing to light animal lairs; a habitat where lost objects may be found through one’s eyes; a fractal garden where eyes can make a tree grow; and scenes of everyday life that are mapped and colored only by our gaze.
