Laurin is an Italian boy from South Tyrol affected by dystonic cerebral palsy since childhood.
He started using Tobii C-Series a year ago and, today, he uses it at least two hours a day, especially in school. His therapist told us that: “This is the only tool that makes it possible for him to fully interact in school and that may create a possible venue of future communication with everyone”.
Laurin is now using eye-control games and programs with a specific approach to communication, taking advantage of the material available in his Tobii communicator. His mother has told us that: “Laurin is getting faster every day, he uses many programs and he enjoys his new challenges”.
We hope that this will become a tool he will use to communicate on his own with his classmates, teachers and to control home automation devices such as the TV and home lighting.
